| HOW TO GENERATE POINTS |
|
| PRE-BOOKING Every time you check-out from a pre-book appointment, you will receive 500 points |
|
- You MUST attend that appointment and complete your service. At check-out, your points will accumulate and appear on your receipt.
- Pre-book means 24hrs before appointment.
- If you reschedule a pre-book appointment within the 24hr window, you will not receive the 500 points.

| REFERRALS |
|
| For every referral you bring into a salon, you will receive 5,000 points. In order for you to receive the points, you MUST make sure your referral puts your name on the New Guest Questionnaire Form. That must be inputted into the system when we set up the new guest. After the New Guest’s first visit, at their check-out, the system will automatically reward you your 5,000 points. It will appear on your next check-out receipt. |

| NEW GUESTS |

| Because You have decided to give Avatar the opportunity to assist you in maintaining a Healthy You, we want to encourage becoming a Valued Guest. You will receive 1000 points on your 2nd visit with Avatar. |

| SPA SERVICES |
|
| Wellness is an area many neglect and we should not. Because Avatar encourages everyone to stay healthy, we promote ways to stay stress free. It could be a therapeutic massage or body treatment or smooth hands and feet*. |

- For every visit you will receive 1000 points.
- For every pre-paid spa package series, you will receive 2000 points.
*In order to receive points for nail service, you must receive the fingers and toes package. |

| RETAIL PURCHASES |
|
| There are many products out there for various hair and skin types. Avatar believes in the products we use. If you do not know which product is right for you or if you want to maintain the healthy hair at home between visits, we encourage you to use our products. You will receive 500 points for spending $25 – $99 in total retail sales before tax per visit. You will receive 1000 points for spending $100 or greater in total retail sales before tax per visit. |
